On December 8, 2011 at 6:00 pm, the 2012 Judah Music Awards will be held at Light of the World Christian Tabernacle International located at 5883 Highway 155 North, Stockbridge, GA  30281.

The event will recognize and honor local Ministers of Music/Choir Directors for excellence in music ministry.  Each honoree will receive the Judah Award of Music Excellence for their faithfulness and service in the local church and community.  In addition, two Lifetime Achievement Awards will be given to individuals with long standing service and excellence in the music industry.

During this prestigious event, we take the opportunity to honor those who commit to praising and worshiping God through music and then unselfishly blessing others by leading them into to the throne of grace to experience the very presence of God through praise and worship.  Everything we need is in the presence of God; this is where we belong; this is where we were created to be.  The enemy understands the power in the praise and the music, and he doesn’t want us to make a joyful, but thanks be unto God for individuals who dedicate their lives to praising God.

The Judah Awards is also designed to inspire youth to use their gifts and talents for the kingdom of God and to compel the unsaved to Jesus Christ.  Some of the youth from the community will showcase their musical talent at the event and receive scholarships to receive free music lessons of their choice.

We take this time to honor those who serve in music ministry, inspire youth to use their musical gifts for the kingdom of God, and compel the unsaved to Jesus Christ.
